Refund Policy

At True Love Printing (TLP), every design is created to make your wedding planning easier, prettier, and less stressful. Because our products include both instant digital downloads and custom printed goods, our refund policy is split into two parts:

Digital Downloads (Templates & Printables)

• All digital items are final sale. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.
• Why? Digital files are instant access -- meaning they can't be "returned" once delivered.
• Expectations: If you experience technical issues (e.g., file won't open, link is broken), contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll either fix the file or provide a replacement.

Printed & Shipped Products

• We want you to love what arrives. If your order is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, please email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
• Because each printed order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Buyer's remorse (changed your mind, wrong size/style chosen)
  • Typos or errors that were in the file/order provided/approved at checkout
• Please double-check your spelling, dates, and details before finalizing your order.

Cancellations

• Digital Downloads: No cancellations after purchase.
• Printed orders: Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, provided printing has not yet started.
