From purchase to printed
in four easy steps
The whole process takes about 10–15 minutes. Here's everything you need to know.
Purchase your template
Add the template to your cart and check out as normal. No account is required to purchase — just your email address so we can send your download link.
You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. Keep an eye on your spam folder just in case — Gmail especially likes to send order confirmations there.
Open your Canva link
Your confirmation email contains a unique link that opens the template directly in Canva. Click it — you'll be prompted to create a free Canva account if you don't already have one, or log in to your existing account.
Once you're in, Canva will ask you to "Use this template." Click that button and a personal copy of the design is created in your account. You'll never edit the original — only your copy.
Make it yours
This is the fun part. Click on any text to edit it — change names, dates, locations, times, and any other details. Everything you see can be changed, including fonts, colors, and layout.
Canva works like a drag-and-drop editor. No design experience needed — if you can click and type, you can customize these templates. Most people finish personalizing in under 15 minutes.
Download and print
When you're happy with your design, click the Download button in the top-right corner of Canva. Choose PDF (for printing) or PNG (for sharing digitally). Both are high resolution.
You can print at home on your own printer, upload the file to a local print shop like FedEx Office or Walgreens, or use an online printing service like Canva Print, Vistaprint, or Zazzle.

Do I need to pay for Canva?
Nope — a free Canva account is all you need. Every template from True Love Printing Co. is designed to work without any paid Canva features.
Can I share the template with my bridesmaids?
Yes! From Canva you can share a view-only or editable link with anyone. Your girls can see the design — or help edit it — without needing to buy anything separately.
What if I'm not happy with it?
We want you to love it. Because these are digital products, we can't offer automatic refunds — but reach out to us directly and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Canva has a free mobile app for iPhone and Android. You can edit and download your template entirely from your phone if you prefer.
Will the link expire?
No — once a template is saved to your Canva account, it lives there forever. You can come back and edit it any time, even months later.
Can I change the colors to match my wedding?
Absolutely. Every color in the template can be changed with a single click. Canva lets you enter exact hex codes if you want a precise match to your wedding palette.
What sizes do the templates come in?
Each product listing clearly states the included dimensions. Most are standard sizes designed for easy home or commercial printing — no custom paper sizes required.
Can I re-use the template for a different event?
Templates are licensed for personal use — one event per purchase. If you're planning another event in the future, you're welcome to purchase again (and we appreciate the support!).
